   As we were having a March Easter wedding and being the Groom, I wanted something a little special. I found Jon Paul in Swadlincote. I was greeted by Mitch, a smart young man who was keen to get my requirements. I went for a blue with ruby stripe tweed three piece. With ruby tie and pocket hankey ( to match the wedding theme). The service was excellent and I was allowed as much time as I wanted, there was no rush at all. The minor adjustment of a trouser turn up was done in no time and I was able to pick the suit up ready for the big day. I highly recommend the service, quality and selection of suits and accessories at Jon Paul, they will not disappoint you in any way.

   Thank you so much Jon and Mitch for helping to sort me and my rabble for my wedding! You were absolutely brilliant and patient with all the blokes and the kids. Every step was smooth, polite, and effortless. The deposit and payment process was explained well and in good time. At one point, I enquired if I could add additional groomsmen at the original quoted rate (over a year ago). I had no expectation that this would be possible, seen as suit rental prices had understandably increased due to the recent year's cost of living increase. But Jon honoured his original prices. I'd call that above and beyond the call of duty and excellent customer service! I was totally chuffed that Jon was able to come to our venue on the morning of our wedding and make sure that our ties and button hole flowers were set properly. Something which I understand you haven't done since covid and wasn't part of my booking, so a nice surprise for me. That was the cherry on the cake. It meant that there was one less thing to have to worry about. Mitch is also a credit Jon Paul. He is polite, attentive and a good conversationalist. Just what you want! Anyone thinking of using Jon Paul Swadlincote, I strongly advise you do! Get them booked!!

   Absolutely fantastic service from Jon Paul. Hired 7 adult suits and 1 child suit. Multiple visits were allowed to try the suits on and alterations to be made to make them fit perfectly. Jon Paul and his staff are very helpful and enthusiastic, which made for a pleasant experience. Great service and great prices! 100% recommended.

   Hired 3 blue suits for the best men at our wedding. I had full kilt attire and same for my 2 little Grandsons. 7 and 3 years. All the outfits were immaculate and clean. Mitchell and the owner Jon got everything perfect. Communication and the whole process was good. Highly recommend this company for your suit hire.

   Jon paul Wedding suit Hire I hired 6 suits for my wedding day. 5 were adult suits and one was for my 12 year old son. We had the original fitting in which the suit, waistcoats and ties were chosen and tried on. We then went to the shop a few weeks later for our final fitting. Then, one week before the wedding we tried the suits on one last time to triple check everything was correct. It’s great how you can then collect your suits one week before and drop them off within one week after. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We also had a good laugh with them while we were there. I would highly recommend! Paul Cowey

   Visited Jon Paul’s last week and was greeted and welcomed as soon as we walked in. We spoke about colour schemes and styles that we liked, and my partner was able to try on suits to see what we preferred. The service was very professional and made us feel comfortable. Cannot thank Jon and Mitch enough for their service and looking forward to our final fitting.

   Hired a suit for a child at £60 for wedding. Child caught covid so couldn't go. They refused a refund as suit had been altered, which I can understand but the full £60 I'm sure no alteration cost £60 a partial refund should have been given at least.

   Amazing service & friendly staff. My wedding had to be moved due to an illness in the family which they had no problem & were so helpful with sorting things out for the change of date & sorting new appointments. Jon is a lovely gentleman as is the young man & the lady that I had dealt with, they all went above & beyond & I couldn’t be more thankful to them. We had the Blue Tweed speckled suits which looked amazing & they were happy to accommodate us with cravats instead of ties. I just want to say a big Thank you to Jon & the staff at Jon Paul I appreciate all you did for me! Andy Starbuck
