   First time shopping at Next store on Saturday had no clue, approached Debra who helped size me up and get my suit fitted perfectly and also arranged to have it delivered on a Sunday delivery the whole experience was amazing and would not only recommend Debra but also happily shop at Next again in the future

   It's but not as good as it used to be, they have till but no one on them and no sign to tell people where the next available tills are, when I did find a counter with staff on them they were so busy putting returns or stock away it took a while before I was served even though I was literally the only person waiting to pay

   My family and I were buying clothes for a lovely family wedding. DEBRA needs a lesson in customer service; it was absolutely awful. Being in the industry, I can't believe you have someone like that serving your customers. I left half of what I was buying and walked out.

   Really poor service. No way of tracking an order made and paid for in store . So now I've lost my order as they can't trace it without a receipt . Who keeps receipts these days !

   Went to the store to buy a suit. Tried the jacket on to find it was faulty loose stitching in 3 locations on it. Spoke to staff about it and asked for a discount as they did not have any more. They said no and have put it back out on sale knowing it’s faulty

   Got some decent sale items.. yo be honest the only time I go into Next is during a sale these days I'm more of a primarni shopper. No disrespect to Next if I had a job that required decent work attire I would go there more often. Service good. Only a small queue and it was a Saturday. No complaints

   Not impressed limited and boring range. Other shops close by have a much better selection. Underwear department extremely poor . Note we were shopping with and for my wife only can't comment on mens or children's range definitely not recommended when other shops very close by have so much better stock.
