   Will never go here again. After queuing to look at the wrapping paper located at the tills, I chose the one I wanted and put it down to pay, to be told to get to the back of the queue, I said I'd already queued so shouldn't have to queue again, she then called over the customer that had just walked around to be served and she had already ignored as she was to busy chatting to another member of staff and refused to serve me, I put the wrap back and walked out. I have worked in retail for quite some time and I would never treat a customer in this way, TK Maxx really need to up there training in customer service.....

   Manger is nasty!!! I was unhappy with my service by an older woman at the till, I asked to be served by someone else and instead of that the manager came and spoke to me. She proceeded to give me attitude and told me I was in the wrong and that I should have let the older woman serve me. All I wanted was to be served by someone else as the service I was being given was very unprofessional. This manager was very rude considering she is the head of the store. I honestly don’t know who puts people like this in charge.

   Purchased toiletries and clothing,wanted to try on two more garments that my grandaughter wasn't sure about. Walked in the changing room to be told they were closed! The store closes 7pm changing rooms close 6pm? Quite a nice lady on the tills said it was because of being short staffed they were told to close them at 6pm. No one waiting to be served yet 3 members of staff on the tills. Staff on the shop floor too! Really not good enough.

   Today I was not able to purchase a Christmas cracker because my 6 years old son handed it at the till. He was not going to pay for it, I was! A grown up! Just ridiculous!

   Me and my mun went today and we got kicked out because we tried a product (nail polish). We, of course did not do it intentionally and did not know that if we try it we will get kicked out. The lady who saw my mum try it on and asked her not to, my mum said okay. After the security came up to us like we are criminals and asked us to leave. That is discrimination and accusations as they also said that we continued trying the products when we didnt. We will definitely make a complaint agaist them and if necessary further actions. This is unacceptable as the treatment and accusations made against us are inappropriate and definitely uncomfortable.

   I always shop at TK Maxx and this is the third visit to the Derby store. I am waiting at the tills to pay and one person is working and three others are standing chatting. When asked if anyone else is serving I get told yes there are two on and I said sorry but one has been chatting to you for the.last 3 minutes . I eventually went to the poor girl that is serving everyone while these 3 continue chatting. I appreciate there is a shortage of stsff but when you have a queue of.people waiting to pay then you should stop talking and serve them. I will mot be going back to the Derby store again
