Not the tidiest shop, but very well stocked, very wide range of products. Including old Wilko branded products. Excellent for bird food, great prices.
Has the same products as other range stores, which is good, but the store has no semblance of order. Items strewn all over the place. The range shops at Nottingham and Loughborough are much better.
Disappointed with my shopping experience yesterday. What has happened to the lovely store it used to be? Aged 71, hearing aid acting up. Asked for help finding what I wanted. "All we have are over there on those 2 stands". No offer of assistance. I was looking for fire alarm batteries. Found what I thought were right, but asked if I could return them if I'd bought the wrong item. I would have opened one to find out. But no, no returns!!! By this time I'm heading for a panic attack. Pay for 4. Arrive home with 3 , shaking like a leaf. Store has lost its shine. Staff too, although the young girl on the till did try.
Ordered a mirror via Click & Collect on 06/11 and went to pick it up, only to realise the car was just a bit too small! Thankfully, Courtney came to our rescue — she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and friendly, laughed along with my mum and me as we tried all sorts of ideas to make it fit, and went above and beyond to help us. In the end, we managed to get it in the car, and we couldn’t have done it without her
You can lose yourself in this wonderful store. Everything you could need to decorate your home and garden. Lots of materials for craft projects. Great selection of seasonal goods. Very reasonably price and lots of parking
I do enjoy the vast variety of products that the store has to offer, very large store & great facilities
We love having a wander round this store. We didn't go for anything in particular, but came home with a colouring book & crayons & a push along toy for our 2 grandsons, which were reduced. Some Xmas decorations , also reduced, 2 rolls of wall paper, a large tin of paint, a box of liquorice allsorts, some nuts, some garlic granules, & 6 Thorntons chocolate bunnies for Easter !! A very varied load of shopping.!!
The Range sticks a wide variety of items all year round at reasonable prices. Love going near Christmas due to the Xmas decorations they sell. Can also just sit and relax inside with a Costa drink and cake. Would recommend to others.
Great selection of items to buy for house and home. Photo frames are great quality and absolute bargain. They have recently introduced an Iceland section to the store, we’ve not had any frozen food but some of the other items are very well priced. They also have a garden centre area.
This shop has it all, even a cafe you can just relax in. Picking up furniture was easy also
