“Last Friday 29th of July 2022, I turned up at Mandco Midsomer Norton at 8.55am. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door touching her watch as I was early. She was joking and kindly opened for a very flustered customer! ME!! I informed them I had a wedding in Nottingham that day and my outfit I ordered on line was not right! Both ladies showed their empathy & professionalism and I left the shop 30 minutes later with dress, fascinator shoes and earrings all for an amazing price as it was in the sale. I can not thank these ladies enough and I have forgotten their names sorry I hope they know who they are though and again thank you and I will be back x”

“Very nice refit – all sleek, modern, and smelling faintly of middle-class ambition. It’s like they gave the place a spa day and now it’s feeling itself. Staff? Genuinely lovely. The kind that smile at you like they don’t immediately want to go home, which in retail is basically sainthood. The food hall’s looking fresh – proper glow-up. Great fruit selection too. The kind of grapes that come in unnecessarily aerodynamic packaging and look like they’ve never known a bruised day in their life. Shoutout to the water aisle. Yes, water. Apparently you can now get “volcanically filtered glacier mist” from a bottle that costs more than lunch. If your self-esteem ever gets too high, just check the price of M&S’s premium hydration and get humbled real quick. Overall, it’s giving: “we’ve got standards and a loyalty card.” Would recommend, just maybe bring a small loan for the fancy bits.”

“Large shop with endless items at cheap prices. Multiple large floors packed with products plus Tasty (Greggs) cafe to rest. Very popular for young adults and bargain hunter crowd and yes, it does mean despite large staffing at tills, you will hit long queues for payment. So maybe avoid at weekends if possible.”

“Great stock as ever, very helpful staff, some very nice bargains especially clothing hats and bags. Always something to buy here not least because the stock is so broad including an excellent clothing selection, but also a lot of hats, bags, kitchen accessories, art supplies, shoes, jewellery, skin care and so on. Spread over 2 floors and easy to access I really like this shop.”

The store offers three levels of shelves and hangers to go through, kids, women and men as well as home related items such as duvets, bedding etc. Perfect for student's start up in regards of accommodation in addition to all the great clothes, shoes, bags etc”

“I popped into the chippenham store with my daughter to get a smart outfit for her first job and was helped by a lovely gentleman by the name of Liam. He was so helpful fetching stuff and giving advice, I felt like we were in a department store with our own personal shopper. He most certainly went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. He certainly made sure we left the store with everything we needed.”
