   Appalling customer service! My hubby and I are on holiday in Bath and needed a few essentials so we popped into Primark, Bath and received shocking customer service. I’ve not been in a Primark for quite a few years and we accidentally went in the queue the wrong direction as there was nobody in the queue. One of the sales representatives, a short girl with mousey blonde hair didnt even acknowledge us at her till. We stepped a little closer to her open till; she turned around giving us a really filthy look and stated that the queue was on the other side and she is sorting this stuff out and promptly turned her back on us! Needless to say, we placed our items on her counter and said you can have these back and we proceeded to walk out of the Shop. As a sales colleague myself at Bon Marché, I would never dream of treating a customer like that. We will not be shopping at Primark ever again.

   As Primark stores go, it's pretty good. The one in Bristol is bigger with more selection though. The staff always seem friendly, however it definitely doesn't have enough staff working the tills sometimes.

   Customer service desk has gone and refund or exchange now done at the normal tills with tills on some floors no longer in use today the tills was only open on 1 floor with only 3-4 tills actually open and a really long line. Things I was looking for was all on different shelves so I had to look in different areas for things in the right size in places they shouldn't be. Over charged at Bristol came in to get MY money back that shouldn't have been taken the item was a gift I have pics of it in my car and at home I have the tags the receipt the card used to pay for it but because I don't have the item they won't pay back the over charge! I love primark just fined the sizes really difficult. They sell some really nice stuff and they seem to be good at putting products back in there proper places when people just put things anywhere. The store was tidy and clean.

   If you love a bargain, than that's the shop to visit in Bath. The store offers three levels of shelves and hangers to go through, kids, women and men as well as home related items such as duvets, bedding etc. Perfect for student's start up in regards of accommodation in addition to all the great clothes, shoes, bags etc

   Last Saturday I been to Bath Christmas market and I popped in Bath’s Primark . Collection is nice, specially I want to mention one person’s name Jack(wearing glasses) in home department. He’s so much helpful and humble person just blessed him. I liked one Colin printed duvet cover, for double bed, but unfortunately that was not available there except single one. Jack that time tidy up near me, immediately I asked him about double size, he checked in their system and it was not available there. Then he tried to order double size but I live near Oxford when I mentioned he wrote down the number of that cover and some more christmassy duvet cover he offered me. He is really very nice person and extremely helpful . I think this type of more person needed every where .

   The store is nice and big and clean and staff are always happy to help. But the main issue is the fact the mens section is 2 /10 of the size of the girls. There is hardly anything for men and find it quite frustrating that they only really cater to women
