   Staff are so helpful, Emily was great! Helped my partner who was having an outfit crisis. When we did find what we wanted, it was out of stock. Emily helped us get our item ordered to our local store for next day delivery. She even checked to make sure we had the correct size and to see if they had similar items as she knew we really wanted this one item in particular. Thank you so much! :)

   Large well laid out store. This has the best selection of mens clothing in the Mall in my opinion. Friendly staff great disabled access wide isles, just for your info the customer lift is at the back of the store, but it's large and easy to use.

   I recently visited to return an item and exchange for a different size. Although they didn't have the size i required 'Robyn' was very helpful and helped me order it into the store, She was very respectful, polite and helpful.

   Click and collect, more like click and then wait 20 minutes while staff ignore you. The staff will insist you use the check-in machine and then prioritise anyone who comes to the till. There were three of us who waited around 20 minutes and watched the staff pick up their collections device when the tills queue was sorted and then immediately put it down if someone appeared to pay. One other person waiting even joined the tills queue and was sent back to our waiting area. The young woman on the tills did make it to me at one point and then saw someone was approaching the tills and immediately ran off to serve them while shouting over her shoulder for me to wait. She never returned but did avoid eye contact with me after that. Terrible prioritisation system.

   Experienced an extremely rude and patronising member of staff. He spoke to me and treated me like I had never been in a shop before and was completely stupid. I would never dream of talking to someone in that manner, but particularly in a customer service setting.

   A good sized next store over 3 floors. A good amount of children's clothes on the ground floor with kids Ted Baker as well. There is an escalator and a lift to go down to the basement, which has men's clothing and homeware section. The 1st floor, is womens clothing. You can get to this in store via lift or stairs, or there is a main entrance from the upper Mall as well. Store is well stocked and tidy. Security guards on site regularly.

   Disappointed, the quality of clothing is wonderful however the service lately has been nothing but dreadful. My husband went through such an awful experience trying to sort his wedding suits. He literally managed to get the final piece a day or two before the wedding where they lost it and messed him around for weeks.
