   Had an appointment today at mamas and papas cribbs causeway for travel systems. We were served by Daria and honestly, she was fantastic! She started from the beginning, explained the difference in systems and brands, she let us explore each pram, she knew every single question we asked her, she was super knowledgable, whilst listening, being kind and allowing us plenty of time to look around! We ended up purchasing a pram and travel system as we felt so comfortable and well informed from this visit! Thanks so much, it was a really lovely experience for us!

   We booked an appointment here as we are new parents and had no idea where to start when buying travel systems and cribs and all the other stuff you need for a baby! Our appointment was with Daria and she was absolutely fantastic. We hadn't got a clue there were so many choices of pram alone but she spent time going through them all and helped us work out what we needed to suit us. She went through cribs, car seats and even showed us carriers and nursery furniture. We did not feel pressured to buy anything at all, she gave us very sensible advice and this didn't at all feel like a sales pitch. If you are in the same situation and no clue where to start id recommend booking an appointment here!

   We are first time parents who didn't know what we wanted or needed, the thought of buying a carseat, pushchair, bassinet etc was daunting for us. We booked a buying for baby session so we could have advice and veiw the different things. Lucy was absolutely fantastic. She was well informed, demonstrated all of the systems, made sure we had a go, and was very patient. There was no pressure to buy anything and she listened to our needs and wants to tailor our demonstration experience. I would highly recommend that you book the buying for baby session if you are a first time parent or need advice

She helped us choose the best pram bundle for our yet-to-be-born baby, guiding us through multiple options and taking the time to show us how easy they were to assemble. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. We truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Mama’s & Papa’s—especially if you have Sophie H assisting you!

   I couldn’t be more disappointed. I’ve been researching a lot about strollers and decided to go to the store to actually see them. It was a waste of time. The girl had the most annoyed face and when I asked her about one model she answered with “I think” and she didn’t even bother to check. I was expecting to leave the store with a new pram and it was just frustrating.

   Awful customer service, the staff couldn't be bothered to provide any assistance when asked to help. The staff young girls were sat down behind the counter both on there phones. We were the only ones in the shop and we were ignored and disrespected. Taking our business elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

   Absolutely awful customer service, me and my partner had ordered a pram online and we were really excited and wanted to see it in the flesh, so we asked the lady if she could help us answer a few questions about it. My partner asked politely if she could help whilst she was talking with her colleague, she was sat behind the tills and looked so uninterested, she walked over extremely slowly, and just stared at us, we asked a few questions and she answered with the most sarcastic comments like we should already know the sizing and weight of what the pram could hold. We gave up as we could tell she didn’t want to be there. Horrible experience. We went to John Lewis and they were lovely as always, they even said they’ve heard terrible things about the customer service in there before so we were not the only ones!

   After Travelling up to a pram superstore in Wales we popped past Mamas & Papas Bristol as we were still undecided about what to buy for our future arrival. Frederico was on hand to help us and his service was absolutely outstanding. The detail he went into about the product was incredible and importantly made it clear about the safety features of the range we were after. It was a great deal and couldn't be happier what seems like extra money for this brand is well worth it and you get what you pay for trust me its a level up. I couldn't recommend this shop highly enough Frederico is a credit to the store and a brand ambassador at the highest level. Thank you
