Style is nice but fabric is thinner than expected. Still wearable, but not premium quality.”

I asked a young man who was putting things out if he could look for a price on an item with no tag. his reply was" I could but I'd have to put this all down and type it in so if you could take it over there and ask at the desk...." I m assuming this is a refunds desk or serving ppl manually?I wasted my time waiting as he was clearly unsure of his role to provide customer service.i appreciate it's busy on a Saturday but that is your job ,young man.

What happened to H&M?! It was just a sea of beige and white clothes when I visited over the weekend - talk about bland styles! Not only was it messy as well, there was no real thought for the visual merchandising and store layout - took forever just to find a basic black T-shirt that I saw on the website. It doesn’t end there either, whoever designed the self-service/customer service signage and till line needs to re-evaluate it! There was such a big queue as no one knew whether they had to queue in the line to use the self service or not, this also led to a lot of people jumping the line from the side away from the till line and going straight to the self service - it was chaotic. Wasn’t going to get mad at other people though as everyone else was having the same problem! H&M has dropped massively in standards…

Would give 0 if possible. Really disappointed in the experience today. I arrived and there was one person on the till and the man was very sarcastic to other customers who were struggling with a return. The queue didn't move for 12 minutes before I gave up with my return and chose to come back later. When we did come back, I managed to get my returns done but we then tried to purchase a pair of jeans on a manikin. When we finally found someone in store to ask, I was told they couldn't take the jeans off as they weren't a manager. Fine. The manager was then called over and told me they couldn't take them off either because they weren't the 'right manager'. I then asked if I could take them off because it was just a manakin and wasn't a tricky task but was told I would have to buy the manikin if I damaged it. I did reassure them I had been successfully putting on and taking off my own trousers for several years without incident but was still told no. Item isn't available online either, hence asking in store. Don't waste your time. Would rather just pay the returns fee for online next time.

Not sure on the sizes as they all seem to be in years such as 2 or 3 rather than a bit more of a break down like 18 months etc Do find it hard to find clothes to fit the little people

I had never been before. The shop assistant in the gents department was so friendly so much so I went back and bought more

Good range of clothes in this store. Staff are friendly. Only downside is, it is a struggle to get around the children's section with a pram or wheelchair. Some aisles are VERY small and it is a struggle to get through, especially around the baby clothes section - isn't the best and frustrating as this is one of the main places in the store that you would need to manoeuvre with a buggy or pram! Good range of clothes over 3 floors. Escalator and lift in store so you can get from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 1st, but there is no lift of Escalator to get to the top floor unfortunately, which makes it impossible for people with disabilities, a pram or someone who is unable to manage stairs.

Needed interview clothes for daughter she has a job so relieved maybe she will pay me back for the top trousers and shoes. But I live in the real world that will never happen. But she looked nice and she got the job I could try to cover cost by rent also will never happen so cost £60 to get daughter job.
