Awful customer service. I asked a woman with short dark hair with a fringe, organising at the till a question politely and she responded passive aggressively. This is not the type of customer service I’d expect from H & M. Date: 16/08/2025
Awful customer service. Refused to refund my wife's purchase as I did not have her card. Even though it's a joint account. Didn't even try to resolve. Our we living the 90s still. Sort yor act out H&M
Ellie from the H&M store in Bath was very professional and helpful whilst trying to find an outfit. She had some excellent ideas and tried to help where possible. A very knowledgeable and friendly person.
There's lots of choice here regards to clothing and reasonably priced. The staff are helpful. The only downside is the limited amount of changing rooms.

A good shop with lots of choices although I didn't fined anything I really liked personally as I'm really picky. Its a decent size store with plenty of space to get about without. I enjoyed looking around and confused why there is another H&M literally around the corner.
