“Ordered a pair of trainers and unfortunately one was faulty so I emailed them regarding the problem. They were very apologetic and replaced trainers within 24 hours for a new pair. I genuinely can not fault them at all. Great customer service and prompt response from them. I would highly recommend this company and would give them 6 stars if it were possible.”

“Absolutely brilliant ordered uniform from CCuinforms in west Bromwich 3 weeks later still no uniform went into First choice out of hope and had everything we need of the rack. Never using CCuinforms again the 2 years running been messed about by them. Will now always use First choice uniforms my advice is don't go anywhere else go to First choice uniforms.”

I called into the store and without any dispute, I was told to swap the shorts like for like. “Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”
