I visited the store today to collect an online order. The staff here are always really nice. Collecting my order was straightforward and a pleasant experience. At times when I've needed to return an item it too has always been easy and straightforward.

Visited next store today up stairs at the kids section there wasn’t any customers so I asked one staff member with red hair to serve me cause she wasn’t doing anything just standing there , she told me to go to another till cause I’m doing something which I found very rude like she didn’t want to serve me will not be coming back to this store and I don’t recommend any to go here . Go to Shirley next .

We visited the Next branch in Solihull with the hope of finding a folding oak dining table and an Accent Armchair. We didn't require any assistance with choosing either items as we knew exactly what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in and gave us lots of direction on colour and. themes. The order was placed in-store and we were kept informed of the logistics right up to the delivery date. The delivery itself was very smooth and both sets of drivers were professional (observing Covid guidelines) and helpful. They wore shoe protectors in the property and positioned the items exactly where we wanted. We also had to call customer services on a few occasions to tweak the order and the staff that dealt with us there were fantastic. Superior service at a fraction of the price of John Lewis. Oh and love the table and armchair. Many thanks.
came in this morning for the 5am sale, I could not believe how positive and helpful the staff were. they knew exactly where every item of clothing i was looking for was... all staff were smiling and did not look like they were not happy to be there so early. thank you 'next team' for making my 5am trip so positive..
Lots of nice clothes. Mom found a cardigan but she waited and waited in the queue behind 4 or 5 people, the queue never moved and after about 15 minutes she decided to give up and we left without buying anything.
