“Visited on 19.11.2025 around 11:30am. The shop was well and neatly stocked. No sign of any assistants initially while l was browsing but Claire came over running (literally) when l called her for help with selection and sizes. This shop didn't have what l needed but Claire was also knowledgeable about other local Shoezones and the kind of stock they currently held in terms of what l was looking for. “Just popped in to Timpson‘s in Shirley. Was served by a man called Dave. The whole experience was an absolute delight. David was extremely helpful and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. It very much reminded me of shopping experiences in the days When people knew what they were talking about, didn’t waffle, but offered to professional and friendly service.
