    Items were advertised as 3 for 2. When I got to till, I was told, "No, items are in the sale, therefore not 3 for 2" even though they had 3 for 2 stickers on them. Very unhelpful and abrupt member of the team. I've never had this before in fat face anywhere!!! We shop in fat face all the time but won't be bothering with the solihull shop again!

    Great store and layout. Very helpful assistant could not do enough for me. Pleasant chap behind the till and proud of the quality of the items they sell. Good reductions in the sale £18 off a pair of trousers plus a further 10%.

    I find all the staff apart from one very helpful and accommodating. Every time I have been served by one particular girl she has never smiled or been welcoming in any way. I find her manner bordering on offhand. Such a shame in an otherwise lovely store. Has really put me off going there
