   It’s not Ecco shoes that are an issue.. it’s the customer care when something goes wrong. I have been waiting for delivery. I was told by the delivery company they had the items, then that there was a delay but I would receive them by 9 the following day. I have emailed Ecco customer care several times. No response or update. And if you try calling there’s no one to take your call. Big bucks and still no service. Shame on you..

   Yesterday, my wife and I visited the Ecco store in Solihull, and we were shocked by the behaviour of one of the staff members. She completely ignored us throughout our time in the shop, despite engaging warmly and helpfully with other customers around us. It was very clear that we were being treated differently because of our ethnicity, and this felt like outright racist behaviour. It was humiliating and ruined what should have been an enjoyable shopping trip for us. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any setting, especially from staff representing a global brand like Ecco. We urge Ecco to address this issue seriously and ensure proper training for staff so that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with dignity and respect.

   I went in because the cleaner I bought for the white part want working. Sam was wonderful. She showed me how to use it and told me when / how often. She even gave me some of the wipes to use first. Considering I didn't buy the shoes or cleaner from her store, it was exceptional service.

   I have problem feet (high arch, wide feet, plus bunion!) and have been really struggling to find some sandals that I can actually walk in for longer than a couple of minutes without discomfort - had previously tried various makes, with no success. Visited the Solihull Ecco store a couple of weeks ago and was served by Susan. After trying on several pairs of sandals and walking numerous circuits of the shop, I finally came out with two pairs of sandals (further walking round the house in both pairs since has confirmed their suitability). Excellent footwear with good arch support, and excellent service and advice - thank you Susan for your patience!
