   I recently had the misfortune of making two purchases from Flannels, and both experiences were utterly disappointing. As a shopper who values quality and service, especially when investing in designer pieces, I expected much more from a supposed luxury retailer. For my first purchase, I bought an Alexander McQueen handbag for over £1,000. When it arrived, I was shocked to find it wrapped carelessly in bubble wrap — no original packaging, no dust bag, just thrown in with minimal care. For a designer item at that price point, I expected a premium, luxury unboxing experience. Instead, it felt like I was buying from a budget store. Naturally, I sent the bag back. I decided to give Flannels a second chance, this time purchasing a Jimmy Choo bag, hoping the first experience was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the second order arrived in exactly the same sorry state: badly wrapped in bubble wrap, with no box, just shoved inside a dust bag. It was clear that Flannels’ idea of ‘luxury shopping’ is nothing more than a front, offering no attention to the finer details that you expect from high-end retailers. At this point, I am thoroughly unimpressed and will never buy from Flannels again. This is not luxury shopping; it's essentially Sports Direct under a different name. For anyone seeking a truly premium experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Flannels has failed to deliver on every level, and I will not be returning.

   Girls working here have an attitude. Seen them rolling their eyes at each other when we were deciding on which top to choose as a gift. Not like you have alot of work to do. There was no queue and prior to this were stood around doing nothing for ages! Then all of a sudden keep watching us like hawks. First time here and won't be returning.

   As usual not many sizes in stock in flannels but a member of staff ordered the size I needed with the ipad. Superb service and the manger at the Shirley shop was a great help. Fast delivery to my home , so now I will definitely be using Flannels more now I know how good the online service is if they haven’t the size I require in store.

   Unfortunately not a good experience. I purchased a brand new pair of mochino trainers delivered to store. They turned up in a worn condition (obviously ex display ?). If wanted worn shoes I'd have gone to ebay. In store should do more to assist buy because it was brought online nothing they can do. Poor customer service strategy here just be aware to make sure you inspect and try any products before buying and parting with you're money.

   I bought a t-shirt online and it was too small. I went into the retailer and could see the same t-shirt at the size I wanted but due to the purchase being made online there is no way of exchanging the top in store. I now need to pay to return it to swap the size. Seems ridiculous after spending so much on a top that this is the level of service that is received. Premium products being sold by a lesser premium franchise.

   First time visiting the store and it was great. Very nice and clean with a bigger range than the city centre store. Staff were super helpful with recommendations and getting sizes out for me. By the time I knew it, I'd been there for 2 hours :O. The car park has a 2 hour limit but it was no problem for them to give me a pass for the day. Great customer service!
