I’m doing a report about this store as staff member named Leah was very rude about people with learning disabilities and smiling and not really interested when we needed help when we asked for help saying that we needed to come over to the till we also asked twice as the too staff was at the till we advised that there staff need more experience and learning how to be more respectful and trained in this store. And feel like for this store not very supportive of young people for disabilities. 0/0
I have been coming into this store regularly and the service has always been top notch. Today I was seen by a lovely girl called Charlotte, she had a lot of knowledge about what would suit me best and all around seemed very welcoming and lovely, I bought some shoe care which was suitable to the shoes I was buying. Will be coming back, as another girl called Amy, on another occasion, was also very welcoming and sold me shoe care, she also demonstrated how to properly use it which made me feel confident that she knew what she was talking about. Very good staff Solihull!
Came in the other day and was served by a lovely young girl. She had blonde hair and lots of piercings. Was struggling with my decisions and she was more than happy to help and we even had an amazing conversation! So lovely shame I didn’t catch her name!

Incredible shop, full of bargains. Joe was absolutely amazing. Never received service like it in a shop before, he cared so much and offered shoe protection for our wedding shoes we purchased which we went for. Nothing was too much trouble. He deserves a knighthood in shoes.
Excellent choice of boots...got a great pair for my daughter's Christmas present. Very reasonable prices and excellent, friendly service.
