The quality of the shoes are too low. Had a school shoe purchased and it wore off in just 3 months. I won't recommend it if you are looking for quality shoes. On checking, the staff mentioned it's ware and tear as it's made out of recycled material and asked me to bin it.
I genuinely feel sorry for the regular sales staff trying to work in this store - I popped in and was interested to find out about some converse. The sales assistant that was going to help me was rudely interrupted by who I assumed to be the manager and told to go out back to complete some likely None urgent menial task. I don't know what point the manager was trying to prove but they won ! I left took my business across and went to Diechman.
Lovely experience today. The manager/supervisor was so helpful and friendly. Lovely to find people that are enthusiastic about the brand they work for and share this with customers.
Hi guys if anyone interested come in to this particular store to be greeted by tall handsome chap asking do I need help I was quite happy to look round but big thanks that's a plus found white trainers n was greeted by a lovely assistant called Anika very welcoming not pushy n easy to speak too wasn't sure between two trainers cut a long story story short got the trainers to suit my dress thank you soo much Anika for bein patient as I need hip replacement isn't easy always tobtske shoes off much love can't wait to come bac xxxx
I went to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter but the size I wanted wasn’t in stock so the customer advisor ordered it for me and said it would come the next day. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received the shoes. I’m pretty shocked that I was given the wrong information in store and now my daughter is extremely disappointed.
Lovely staff, several members asked if I need help while in the store. Helpful girl showed me what boots where in stock out back which made picking something that fit painless. Was in and out in less than ten mins!
I was a man on a mission - to buy a pair of Birkenstock sandals that every review I've read, raves over how comfortable they are. Didn't want to risk buying online, just in case, so this was the nearest stockist to Sutton Coldfield. Thankfully they had the colour and size (size smaller than I would have ordered!). Happy Days. Oh, and excellent service from the young lad who put up with me, and the young lady on the till.
