That's a great place where people can buy different types of shoes . All kinds of shoes can buy from that store Man, Women, Child . There are lots of variety shoes including safety shoes and there quality is good and also different price variation high price to low price. Shawn shopping centre Shoe zone is the best to me cause it's a big shoe store.

although the lady checking us out was nicer but the other one who seemed more like a senior had judgmental looks towards us! Maybe based on our appearance as we just ran into the center due to emergency One should never treat their customers badly as I had worked in retail as well and I know how things works.thankyou

I always believed that Shoezone has a great customer service and their staff are excellent. Unfortunately, my experience today (02/06/2024) was really bad in this store at Swan Centre, Birmingham, because of a lady named NH (Initial seen printed in the receipt) due to her attitude towards me and my family. To purchase a pair of school shoes for my 9 year old son I along with my son and wife walked into the store at around 01.30pm this afternoon. In the store, we selected a pair of shoes, but while selecting them we unfortunately left two pairs of shoes on the floor where my son was selecting his shoes. When I walked to the till to pay along with my son, the lady at the till (initial seen on the receipt NH) seemed very upset and asked me before making the payment, to take the shoes on the floor and put them back at the place where we had picked them up. I apologised, picked the shoes up and placed them on the rack. (Not sure if there was a shortage of staff in the store). Can I ask Shoezone to place a notice in all your stores for all customers if this is the normal practice expected by all customers. I believe, this can be the best practice but your customers should be givenwan option to select the best from your shoe collections. While shopping in the store, I could see many shoes on the floor around, where parents and children try and leave them on the floor. Customers may not know some of the shoes where they picked them if they are shopping with their children. Shoezone's staff like NH needs to be more polite, mindful and sensible while speaking to customers. If someone, deliberately increases the workload by throwing shoes out of the racks, this needs to be attended diligently. I walked away from the store without reacting to the staff but thought I deserved a better treatment and I must review. Finally NH asked me if I could give her my email ID for £5 off for my next purchase. Who would return to your store if your staff does not know the basic customer service techniques. Shoezone should train theor staff to attract customers for your business and not to keep the customers away from your store.

I experienced very poor customer service here today. I was struggling to find my shoe size in a pair of shoes I was interested in. The only pair I found had a scratch on so I approached the staff and asked if the shoes came in a size five, the woman responded with "haven't you looked?" I explained I have but the pair I found had a scratch on. A staff member came over and said what was wrong with the previous pair to which she responded with she said there's a scratch on them but I didn't see anything. I told the staff ill go and think about it. I went to sports direct who were happy to help me find the shoes I was looking for. Please go to sports direct as you get treated like a human being there. Two adults acting like children.

Had to take back a pair of my toddlers shoes after a few days of having them and being worn once they had split on the front and broken open. We took them back and just wanted to exchange them as the product was clearly faulty. We were served by a lady called Carl (name on the receipt) who helped use with the exchanged and even gave advice on what other type of shoe would be better for her and less likely to have this issue again. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the initial reaction of the shift supervisor who automatically assumed it had been misuse without investigating. As we pressed that it was first use and from a 2 year old she then agreed to take a picture and escalate to her manager who agreed it shouldn't have happened and to exchange them.

Happy to get the shoes I wanted in the end. Bought them using the 5£ voucher when you give them your email address.

The shoes I bought from shiezone at Swan, after one wear and only having them for one week they refused me a refund or even an exchange saying its not a manufacturer fault!!! Please people avoid this shop like the plague your receipt is not worth the paper it's printed on, I will make it my mission in life to make sure nobody shops here again its an absolute disgrace
