Amanda at the Solihull branch is a pleasure to deal I found her very knowledgeable and helpful. My first set of insoles survived the London Marathon and only cost £60.00! Worth every penny! Have returned for my second set of insoles today and service was impeccable again. Thank you

Went to get insoles to help with ache and pains. As my wife just had them and had marked improvement decided to treat self. Was served by Amanda who was very professional and pleasant, which had impressed us previously as Amanda had served my wife. Very impressed by the staff and all seems good at present with insoles
I visited the store just over a week ago & was looked after by Lisa who I found out was the manager. I explained that I needed replacement orthotics & although I had 2 pairs already, which badly need replacing, I wanted to be re measured. Nothing was too much trouble & I got 2 new pairs after Lisa explained the differences in my feet. I was so pleased with Lisa , I have been recommending Solihull Shuropody to others. My friend met Amanda at the store in the week & she too was so pleased with the service she received & even got a new pair of boots. Thank you for the excellent service provided.
I took my mom into Shuropody in Solihull today who has lots of different issues with her feet and I wanted to try to find her some good quality, comfortable shoes as she's struggled to do so. An amazing lady called Mandy (that's what it said on our receipt) was fantastic. She was patient, helpful, friendly and so efficient - she wouldn't let us leave until my mom was happy with her choice. We were in there for quite a while and, when we left, Mandy told my mom to make sure she went back to her in future and that I had a photo of the size and fitting that worked for my mom. She even threw away my mom's old shoes for us as my mom left wearing her new ones. Brilliant service.
Went in yesterday as I heard about the custom insoles but was very disappointed with the outcome. The two stars are for Holly as she was absolutely brilliant, great customer service and made me feel very welcome. The foot scan was good but after the free foot scan the insoles provided are were off the shelf warmed up and bent by hand to give a slight arch, for 60£! Off the shelf insoles are better and I would recommend everyone to get an off the shelf insoles for £20/£30 rather than the custom £60 ones. Will be back in to get my money back as I am not happy at all.
I visited this store with my mum for the first time today. I could not praise it more. Friendly staff, especially Amanda whom served us with so much helpful tips & individual attention. Amanda made my mum feel so comfortable whilst she struggled on the machine & the insoles helped & made an immediate difference! Great shoes for comfort. We could not be happier! Will be coming again soon x
