I was in the solihill store on the 15th of Feb, standing at the till waiting to pay. At the till next to me a member of staff probably the supervisor was doing a member of staff's return to work. She asked her why she was off sick ,asked if it was work related asked if she had long term health condolitions, told her off for not following the correct reporting sickness process etc. I was horrified this was totally unprofessional and broke every HR rule in the book. Bonmarche please train your supervisors better.
Went into Solihull store today to return a pair of linen trousers as they were too small. Looked for a bigger size but oh dear the trousers were just jumbled into any size, no order whatsover. Their briefs were not in size order either. I'll not shop there again. Northfield so much better.
Wife loves it, easy access for wheel chair users great clothes great service.
Lovely staff, extremely pleasant and helpful. Clothes were a good price. Mom loved her two skirts, just had to order a different size. Which the shop assistant sorted out, very quickly for me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

I visited the Solihull branch today, bought some pyjamas as a gift. When I got home there was a security tag on them which informed me if I removed it the item would be covered in ink. I took them back having to pay another car parking fee. Wendy who originally served me was told by the manager to give me a 20 percent discount. She was really rude towards me even though I was quite pleasant considering. Very bad service I won't be returning. me that
