The New Look products are exactly as I wanted the color and design of the clothes are very good. however the staff service could be improved a bit
Always check your receipt, sale item went through at a higher price. I returned to the store within 5 mins of noticing this, they refused to honour the sale price sticker on the item and removed the sticker so I had no proof to take it further. Customer service are as bad as the store completely not interested. This is now the second time this has happened to me in new look all be it many years apart and a different store. Therefore I will no longer use any New Look going forward, as I believe what you advertise an item for should be what you pay for it. As a side note after talking to a member of staff at a different store seems they also don’t care about the well-being of staff, so no surprises about how the treat customers

I am not writing anything here just sharing my story … It is just a complaint which I want people read and be aware that you can be in the same situation… Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Treatment on 18.03.2025 Dear Shop Manager, I am writing to formally register my complaint following my visit to your shop which is located in Solihull which I have visited on 18.03.2025 at 10:30 AM. I left the store feeling deeply disheartened and humiliated by the manner in which I was treated. During my visit, I was trying on a new blouse while accompanied by my one-year-old baby in her pram. As my baby began to cry, I decided to leave the fitting room quickly to avoid further distress. At that moment, I was approached by a man who introduced himself as the store manager, Sean. He insisted that I return the blouse I had left behind in the changing room. I complied immediately and returned the item, despite feeling extremely embarrassed and upset. It appeared that, rather than offering assistance, Sean chose to treat me as if I were a suspect, exploiting a situation where I was clearly vulnerable. I found this behavior completely unacceptable, and it has significantly marred my perception of your establishment. No customer should ever be made to feel as though they are being unfairly scrutinized or suspected of wrongdoing, especially during a situation where they are simply trying to care for their child. I kindly request that you address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that no other customer endures such treatment in the future. My daughter (19) just can't walk past New Look without going in. Very helpful to have Blue Light discount here too

I generally like New Look, but everything seemed like a jumble sale. Style of clothes ok, not as good as they used to be, but that is the case with most high street chains.
Easy to find on the main square.. Quite a large store as its fairly deep and goes back far.. Plenty of sales to be had currently. A nice shoe area.. A few bags and plenty of underwear. Till service was fast despite the queue. I cannot fault this store and it's a pleasure to shop here..
