Had an amazing experience, I had seen an item in store but this day couldn’t find it. I asked an assistant at the till who went away and informed me it was sold out. But they also showed me other items in a similar vibe, and I brought one of those. Happy happy customer
Seriously need to train staff here about customer service. Alarms went off when I walked INTO the store, ‘you got any tags on you’ the staff member shouted at us, no ‘good morning‘, just a nasty attitude. When I tried to explain it was my coat and happens in most stores I walk into, the staff member just walked off and rolled his eyes when I was in the middle trying to explain. We decided not to do any shopping after the rude way we were spoken to and left the shop within seconds. Again, the alarm went off, the same staff member was right behind us asking if we had anything in our bags!! When I asked for his name as I wanted to complain, he told me not to raise my voice to him. Asked to see the manager, when trying to explain what happened to the manager the member of staff carried on talking over me! Awful, awful staff member. Get it sorted Mango!!! Will never shop here again. A very upsetting experience!!!!!
It's so lovely to have a Mango store in Solihull again. It's well stocked with a good selection of sizes, the changing rooms are clean and the staff are so helpful. Sooooo much better than trying to shop online!
I went today and found the perfect summer dress for a pretty decent price ! I liked how I wasn’t really spoken too, as it meant I was able to get on with my browsing. When I went to pay a wonderful lady was so lovely when ringing me up!!
Clothes awful, however managed vile. Had 2 tops bought as gifts, went to exchange apparently can only exchange like for like, it is not displayed anywhere in the store! So now have to get the card and refund and won't go there again
Hours suggest store closes at 8pm on Thursdays, however I arrived at 7pm the store was closed. Diss appointed as I had a return to do. Would go to Bullring store in future.
