“We visited this store yesterday and ended up buying 2 chairs and looking at various other items around the shop. We were helped by Haris during our visit. He was extremely helpful - he's a credit to the company, no pushy salesperson tactics either..... We've used this branch of Furniture Village previously and the staff have always been great. Obviously I'm just a random person on the internet, but I like to give credit where it is due and thank Furniture Village Solihull (& Haris in particular) for a great experience. I was almost happy to hand my hard earned wages over for the service and chairs! Don't forget to have a free cookie & drink, they're almost as nice as the staff there..... Hopefully the chair picture has uploaded, this is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in (Lindos), nicely adjustable too! (Lots of colour options are available). If you've read this far, thanks, you will enjoy your visit to Furniture Village Solihull, great place to buy various items for your home and staffed by nice people too! “Stuart fitted a loft hatch & ladders for us & we were very happy with the end result. Stuart is very polite, listens to your requirements & makes practical suggestions. His work was to a very high standard & we now have easy access to some much needed additional space in our loft. We have previously used Westwood Furniture to make innovative use of an old airing cupboard. He was able to convert this from being an outward facing storage room on our landing to a brilliant slide door cupboard in the parallel bedroom. This bedroom was a box room so the additional space was again very much appreciated & useful as was the design. On both occasions Stuart has been fully open to suggestion & gives you options so you can consider the best way forward. He is an extremely honest individual & I would not hesitate to use him on our next project, whatever that may be!”

“Big thanks to Karen for her help!! I bought a mobile from Argos at the end of Feb 2024. It had an intermittent fault with call quality that I thought would be fixed by a software upgrade. It wasn't, so I got my carrier to check the line and for the phone manufacturer to give me any suggestions for fixing the problem. The line was fine and the manufacturer's "fixes" didn't work. I decided to go to my local Argos store, in July, to see how they could remedy it. I spoke to Karen who understood the problem and suggested that I brought the phone into the shop with all accessories and delivery note. I also spoke to Hassan who made some sensible suggestions as to what I could try to get it working. I took the phone in and Karen checked if the phone was repairable. It wasn't. She offered me an exchange or refund. I've bought many items from Argos over the years but have never returned anything. I'd expected some difficulty because it was 5 months since I'd originally bought the phone. Karen made the process easy and treated me kindly and professionally. I'm very grateful and remain a happy Argos customer.”

“Not only did Cucina Kitchens do a great job on our new kitchen a few years ago but when I went back to them for some help they were just as good. We had scratched one of our handles badly on the fridge door with my partner's rings, and when I enquired about replacing it they sorted it out instantly. Matt even remembered what handles I had and found one in stock. Ann is also just as helpful. Honestly couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended.”

“I requested a "Will it fit" consultation for a sofa. They measured the sofa in store and confirmed the legs can come off so it should fit. Answered all my questions on style of sofa and even showed me a sofa with my choice of fabric and colour. If you're not sure, give them a call! Such helpful and friendly staff!”

She was extremely helpful, and went away to contemplate our options. After deciding what we wanted, we rang back and once again Sonia was extremely helpful, sorted every thing out, including the additional requirements for scatter cushions.
