   Bought a bear hug sofa. It was the most expensive of all I looked at. costing over £3000. It was fine in the store and very comfortable. I thought lets pay the extra and go for it. It was never replicated at home and its very uncomfortable tbh. I asked my friend also as he had one and he stated his was the same and you need to fluff the cushions reguarly. Which I do and now am sick of doing. As you have to do it so often. So I concacted an upholstry company to change the cushions. He replied is it a loaf sofa, i've done ten already with the same problem. I just dont think this is fair. To pay the higher rate and over ten people if not more will have to spend £400 to fix the sofa that cost over £3000. When other sofas. That cost half that can be very comfortable. Its not fair and right and needs to be looked at. I also took the damage cover and when I asked them to fix something. They sent me a bootle of cleaner with a spong. Its awful all round. Avoid the sofas. I find this very surprising as Loaf seems like a good brand but I wouldnt say they are now.

   I went in on Saturday to see what type of sofa beds are available and Laura provided exceptional service. She took me and my friend through all the available options, provided a demo of how the bed operated and the swatches. I know this is part of her role, but her patience with us, helpful suggestions and general positive attitude was really appreciated. A lot of companies only provide this level of personalised service when your actually purchasing something, and even though we said from the beginning were just exploring she still gave is 5 star service. I will certainly be purchasing my sofabed with Laura from loaf!

   If you like a sofa that has cushions that misshape and look ugly after 5 minuets of use then buy a loaf sofa. If you complain they say this how they are supposed to look.

   I requested a "Will it fit" consultation for a sofa. They measured the sofa in store and confirmed the legs can come off so it should fit. Answered all my questions on style of sofa and even showed me a sofa with my choice of fabric and colour. If you're not sure, give them a call! Such helpful and friendly staff!

   Many thanks to Pete and Erika at Loaf Solihull for their amazing help selecting our sofas. My partner and I had looked in lots of shops and were finding the whole process very stressful, and the customer service poor. In one local shop (name withheld to protect the innocent!!), a fellow shopper suggested we visit Loaf. The relaxed atmosphere, without any pressure, and the super help you provided on what colours go together turned a potentially arduous experience into a thoroughly enjoyable one!!!
