We purchased a Rattan garden furniture set in May 2020 from TGFC. In July 2022 had a problem with the Rattan on the arm of each chair so I emailed TGFC as had a 3 year guarantee with the furniture. Within days of contacting Rich we were offered a full refund or credit towards any other garden furniture if we desired. Decided to purchase more furniture from TGFC as had excellent service from Richard. 5 star ***** company. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with our Hartman Rattan set. I had searched for hours online and visted many garden furniture stores. This was by far the best on quality and value for money. Richard was very welcoming and friendly but not pushy. Highly recommend this company.
