We visited furniture village today, the shop was well presented. The staff were friendly and allowed us to walk round without any pressures to buy straight away. Imran khushi completed our sale, he was very informative and friendly. Overall we are impressed with the quality and customer service.

We dealt with a sales rep called Adrian who was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgeable about the sofa and talked us through available alternatives for what we were looking for. He wasn’t anything like a pushy sales rep and was patient and thorough taking us through the ordering process. Pricing and lead time was pretty average. Would definitely recommend this branch and Adrian! Thank you.
2 years on and this is how £3200 sofa looks. No responsibility taken to repair the sofa even though they have 20 years guarantee. G plan top of the range sofa recommended by staff at Furniture Village Solihull. You can see how top of the range looks like in less than 2 years time. Highly disappointed and completely waste of money. I wish I could give 0 stars.
We visited this store yesterday and ended up buying 2 chairs and looking at various other items around the shop. We were helped by Haris during our visit. He was extremely helpful - he's a credit to the company, no pushy salesperson tactics either..... We've used this branch of Furniture Village previously and the staff have always been great. Obviously I'm just a random person on the internet, but I like to give credit where it is due and thank Furniture Village Solihull (& Haris in particular) for a great experience. I was almost happy to hand my hard earned wages over for the service and chairs! Don't forget to have a free cookie & drink, they're almost as nice as the staff there..... Hopefully the chair picture has uploaded, this is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in (Lindos), nicely adjustable too! (Lots of colour options are available). If you've read this far, thanks, you will enjoy your visit to Furniture Village Solihull, great place to buy various items for your home and staffed by nice people too! Choosing our new sofas was really easy. Paul at Furniture Village listened carefully to our list of requirements and provided us with some good choices. His experience and knowledge was very helpful. We have bought from him in the past so it was lovely to meet up with him again. Highly recommended.

Was shopping with my Son for a settee for his first home . Was asked if we needed any help on measurements as we had spotted a corner sofa we liked , Paul went above and beyond helping choose fabrics and giving different options , even asking to see the lounge and suggesting the corner going the other way which made sense . Paul even looked through smaller items as the sofa was only £5 off been able to save another £50 with the offer that was on so ended up with a super clock that only cost £5 , also enjoyed. Nice coffee and hot cookie . Paul Jackson deserves a shout out for his customer service
Always a pleasure shopping at Furniture Village. Great selection of items for your home and they have zero percent interest finance. We were assisted by Adrian who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit.
Do not buy from here. I purchased a table and 4 chairs last year, October. They arrived in January which was great. I loved them. Until I noticed that one of the padded seats had come away from the back in March. I contacted the store but communication was poor and it took 3 weeks for someone to contact me. Once I’d sent the photos through to customer service I had to wait for the manufacturer. One month later they agreed it was faulty. I am still waiting for the chair to be replaced. It is now 8 weeks I have been waiting. Yet again I had to contact customer service to be told I needed to give it 2 more weeks. Please please do not buy from Furniture Village. Their customer service is atrocious.
