    I just wanted to let people know of my experience at this Kirk Geiger store in the touchwood center, Solihull. My wife had an issue with a bag she’d bought from KG. I took it in to the store and Michelle the store manager and lady who works along side her were brilliant at their job. They were polite helpful and could not do enough to sort out the issue. These ladies go far and beyond what you’d expect and I sincerely hope KG appreciate the amazing job they do. We’re happy & satisfied customers you will be returning to spend our money at KG.     I visited the solihull touchwood on friday, the service that was provided was incredible. I have never wanted to provide feedback so much! The manager Jodie was ever so helpful and I left the shop purchasing an additional bag that I love. Unfortunately I was facing a few issues with a return and finding the right bag. Jodie made it so easy for me to find my bag and went out of her way. The process was so easy. She is very friendly and I felt that she instantly understood the value of a customer. Thank you jodie!
