I had a brilliant experience here on Saturday thanks to Mosie. I came in with a garment with a faulty zip. He used initiative and fixed it for me there and then, and saved me £27.00. I will return for other services and wanted to recommend them here.
They are only good at clothes or watches, dont bother with key cutting as they got it wrong
I had the pleasure of visiting the Timpson store on Stratford Road in Shirley, West Midlands, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received from Josh. I brought in a pair of three-month-old Keen shoes with an issue where the inner heel lining had started to come away. Josh took the time to carefully inspect the shoes and managed to fix them on the spot. His friendly and professional approach really stood out, and I was so grateful for his help. I have to say, this experience was 100% better than my interaction with Keen’s own customer service. A huge thank you to Josh for going above and beyond—he truly made my day! Highly recommended!
We're from Caremark Solihull a local Home Care Company. One of our carers broke her car key so was unable to work. We went to our local Timpson in Shirley where Captain Dave went above and beyond to help cut a new key. At first the key didn't fit but he was very thorough and made sure it was corrected and took the time to redo another key that did work. Dave was very helpful and patient, his attention to detail is second to non. Thank you Dave.
Just popped in to Timpson‘s in Shirley. Was served by a man called Dave. The whole experience was an absolute delight. David was extremely helpful and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. It very much reminded me of shopping experiences in the days When people knew what they were talking about, didn’t waffle, but offered to professional and friendly service. It actually felt like a family run business as they used to be. Would not hesitate to recommend.

3 keys cut quickly for £20. Service was good, but felt expensive... And no prices listed in the shop so can't help but feel you're priced according to what they think they can get away with? No other key shops around as competition or comparison.
The lady assistant was helpful, friendly and pleasant. I had two spare door keys cut here today with the usual excellent service from this store. I have used Timpsons in Shirley for a variety of different things over the years, ie watch batteries, boot, shoe repairs and key cutting, always with good service. I would recommend them to anyone
Only local place that had what i needed....not cheap though, 3 times the price i usually pay..but hey, if you need it, you need it.
