   Awful customer service at this store. I will make sure I will only use the one in the bullring next time. I was kept waiting over 10 minutes downstairs to do an online return and not one member of staff was to be seen on the floor despite the fact the guy upstairs put a “shoutout”’ for someone to go on the till yet I was still kept waiting. 15 minutes later I then saw a member of staff- mid length ginger hair talking to a colleague hiding round the corner. Shocking service for retail on one of the busiest weekends of the year so close to Christmas. I passed comment to the guy upstairs and his reply was “we’re short staffed”. Well employ some new people then!!! I made sure I put my clothes down and brought them in the bullring H&M instead. Avoid !

   After a horrible experience at Zara, the girl who served us on the till was so lovely and kind! It redeemed our time in Birmingham for us. We didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair and was working around 5pm yesterday on the tills. :)

   Thank you to Kaiser at the tills. Polite and very helpful whilst it was a very busy Saturday. Showed me how to use the H&M app, advising me to connect to Wi-Fi. Also helped me use a £3 off voucher I didn't realise I had. Patience and good customer service goes a long way. Happy customer.

   The lady was being incredibly racist and fixing my moms english the whole time although she was speaking in clear english yet the second she realised we were not british she would fix even small mistakes like calling tights "socks" with an angry tone and sighing at us. Its actually disgusting that they let people like this work at a store where its clear they have prejudice against anyone thats not british.
