   What a pleasant surprise to recieve such wonderful customer service. Carol went above and beyond to help me find a dress for my sons wedding. She is very experienced and a very lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Her colleagues were also very helpful and they made my shopping experience a pleasure. Credit where credit due. They were a lovely team and good customer service is so hard to find now adays. Highly recommend this store and I will be using them again. Thank you again ladies for all your help.

   Had a lovely experience here this evening (19th July). I was struggling to find a wedding guest dress for abroad and the two ladies working there helped me find things they thought would suit me, from colouring, fit to length etc. I’ve never had that service and attention anywhere. After weeks of looking high and low I found the perfect dress in 30 minutes here. Thanks so much ladies (I’m afraid I didn’t catch their names!). Won’t hesitate to come back here for an occasion dress!

   Went into the Merry Hill store today to look for a dress for a Champions Gala Dinner and Awards. Was assisted by Ellie, who advised me on what garments would be suitable and the first dress that I tried on fitted perfectly and I came away delighted with my purchase. Also a special mention to the other two ladies in the shop, Danni and Carole who were most pleasant and made my visit a very pleasing one. Would highly recommend this lovely shop. Thank you, Lisa

   Hi I visited the merry hill store today and I have to say that the manager and her sales assistant were absolutely brilliant. I required an outfit for a black tie event and this lady can work miracles.... professional advice without being pushy I ended up with an outfit I would never have chosen myself off the peg but her advice and expertise have given me the most amazing outfit I could ever have imagined.    Had a great experience finding a mother of the bride outfit for my daughter's wedding. Irina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is also honest and gave her opinion and showed me some other options which I actually preffered! The whole experience was enjoyable in the shop with large fitting rooms which allowed my daughter to enjoy the experience. Thank you very much!
