My son was slightly hyper and she went out of her way to converse with him and include him the buying experience. She really sets the bar high for retail workers.”

“Visited the store today with my husband to buy a white shirt for a wedding which is Friday.we was approached by a lovely young lady who was so helpful trying to find us the right size checking every shirt possible and offering advice to try and get us what we needed.she was so professional and patient till eventually found him the right shirt,she made our shopping experience easy and less stressful,she is an asset to the store and especially as she was very young.her name was Elysia. “Sunday 15th September. Brilliant service. I feel so much more comfortable & look better wearing bras that fit properly. All thanks to the patience of Janet. It wasn't an easy task for her! I did not have a prior appointment. She was busy with other clients. She never-the-less gave me her time and attention & I benefitted from her obvious expertise. While the changes within the store were unexpected, the remaining selection still showcased a variety of options across clothing, accessories, and home goods. It's a reminder that TKMAXX continues to be a destination for those in search of designer deals, even amidst changes. I hope to see this location thrive again in the future.”
