I visited New Look on the 1st November 2025 but didn't receive my email receipt for the item purchased. It turned out the earrings were faulty. I telephoned to find a resolution. Charlotte was amazing and gave guidance on my next steps and also provided me with all details to take my my nearest store. I managed to get a refund and purchased a replacement . Great customer service.

Popped in to New Look earlier today, needed some help look for some clothing items , asked the first member of staff that I saw and she helped me such a lot to search through the rails for specific items I wanted , I asked her name to write a review and she said she was named Kerry and was the shop manager well what a lovely helpful lady, leads by example and I couldn't have asked for more , thankyou Kerry .x

I am really disappointed in New Look Merry Hill, I took a top back today to exchange this for another item, unfortunately because I had gone over the returns policy by only a few days (not long) they said that this couldn't be done... The top was still being sold in the shop and I wanted to exchange it for something that was more expensive.. the top hadnt been wore and still had all the tags on...I wasn't looking for a refund, just an exchange... They could of had more money off me and had the top back to resell it, sounds like a win win for everyone but for some reason New Look doesnt think this is a good idea. I went back in after, to expain how dissatisfied I was, but all the manager kept say was "it's company policy..." the only policy a company in the service / retail sector should have is to keep customers happy to maximise potential future sales/business, so the company can grow and make money, this isnt rocket science. As a result of there "policy " myself and my 2 daughters will never shop in there again... and trust me they like to shop... I have worked in the service industry for a very long time and believe there is should always be flexibility to keep satisfied customers especially when they are not asking for a lot in return. Would never treat my customers like this.

Good range of clothes made it easier for me to shop for the wife however the isles for the till cue were far too narrow with my 7 month old daughter in her pushchair luckily I had my mother in law there to look after her whilst I cued otherwise I probably wouldn't have purchased anything
