   I’ve been in the store plenty with my wife, and the service is always great. Today it was exceptional! The poor lassie behind the counter was very patient with me (shopping for Christmas presents for my wife) she explained, which items were in stock, collected up some options made it very easy for me, answered all my questions. She made it a great experience and I wish I had her name to give her the kudos she deserves. Thank you very much!

   I popped into the Bath store on Thursday and was greeted and helped by a lovely girl named Joanie. She helped me find different styles that would work similar to my most loved bra which isn’t stocked anymore, and also showed me some new bras around the shop floor which would suit my shape. I tried them on and Molly was so helpful in checking the size was still correct. Nice to know that even if you’re not having a full fitting the ladies there will always take care of you!

   Excellent in-store experience. I had no option but to have my 4 year-old in tow and only had a super short time window to get measured and purchase some new bras and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Justine carried out my fitting and was super efficient and professional - making sure I was comfortable and had the right sized bras in a style I liked. The team also went out of their way to occupy my little one which I really appreciated.

   The ladies at Bravissimo were so welcoming, helpful and squeezed me in for a fitting, pretty much straight away. The service was friendly, professional and they found me exactly what I wanted…despite me being in a rush for a train and expecting to look and buy later online. The most stress free lingerie buying experience. Will definitely go back when I have more time to browse.

   I hate buying bras, so it has been some time since I did. My initial impression of the Bath shop was of a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The two ladies were helpful and understood what I wanted. I took the two bras I liked and was soon seen by Kay, a really lovely friendly person, who made me feel very relaxed. We agreed my size, without ant measuring and Kay brought two bras in my size. The first I tried was absolutely great and fitted beautifully. I was extremely happy with the whole experience in the Bath store and would recommend any lady who is a little nervous, to try Bravissimo in Bath, they are really great.

   Staff at Bath branch are lovely. Got my fitting done by Ella and got served at the till by Molly. Both were really sweet and made the whole process a lot more enjoyable than bra shopping has been before. So happy with my bras and glad to be comfortable.
