While I like the clothes in here, the store was a little messy and customer service was sub-par. The que was only halfway around the stand-in part. However, it still took 10+ minutes to serve. The two ladies who were on the till were quite slow, then again, I don't think this was helped by the procedures they were using. One lady was taken up by an order/a querie, leaving only one on the till. When I reached the till, the lady seemed bored but asked all the usual questions. She did point out I could get 10% off if I scanned in an app and signed up (probably a reason the que took so long). When I asked for a receipt, she asked for my email. I replied that I only wanted a paper copy. She replied back to me that the store was stopping paper receipts in future. After stating I wasn't comfortable giving my email, she did print a receipt (which she said she could only do today.) I asked if this was a procedure all Newlook stores were enforcing. She replied, 'this store is doing that', not really answering the question and also being a tad rude. I felt like all they wanted was to boost the website and not the store/customer satisfaction. Won't be returning in future.

If I ever want some new clothes or even accessories, New Look is the first place I look. They have a wide range of sizes and a nice selection of items, so I know that I am covered for every occasion. This particular store has a lovely layout and very friendly and helpful staff. They are always happy to help you with a smile, even if it's near closing time or busy.

Great clothes shop would recommend there Jean's, very good fit and reasonable price. If you have a blue light card you can get 20% off. Would highly recommend this shop and the staff are always happy to help you.

Very disappointed in our visit to new look in Derby. Bought a dress from the sale rack supposedly £15 when we took it to the till it was full price. I didn't realise till later. We spoke to the manager who told us that it was common practice to put full price items in amongst sale items. The lady on the shop floor was extremely helpful but couldn't do anything.

I’ve shopped at this new look for years but the last few times I had visited this store I have been blown away with exceptional customer service provided by a lady working there called Rachel. Rachel is very personable, happy to help and nothing is to much. She makes visiting the store so much more enjoyable!! She is an absolute credit to the store and I hope this gets recognised if it hasn’t been already.

After searching many clothes shops and struggling to find a simple pretty top that wasn't boxy or a dress that wasn't up to my navel I finally landed at New Look, pleasantly surprised came out with a lovely little white summer top and a pretty dress and also received 20% off at the tills. Clothes range ages to suit all. And OK it's not designer but beats some of the well known shops.
