I had the most fabulous experience buying my dress at Lori G Bridal Studio - I would give 100 stars if I could. I'd done a lot of research into bridal boutiques around Nottingham, but felt a bit deflated after seeing the price ranges listed. When I looked further afield, I came across Lori G and saw that they had a sale event upcoming. Everything about the appointment was perfect. Firstly, I felt that the team knew their customer: they'd asked me to complete a questionnaire beforehand, so the appointment was completely geared to me. I'd been very apprehensive about my budget, but they were open about pricing and there was actually a huge number of absolutely beautiful dresses in my price range. I tried on lots of dresses and didn't feel rushed at all, even when trying on some for the 2nd or 3rd time (honestly, I could have happily bought 3 or 4 dresses for the big day!) I am so delighted with my dress, and can't wait to wear it! Thank you so much to the team for your help throughout the appointment, it was genuinely one of the most fun mornings of my life!
I am so thankful to Lori G and all of the lovely ladies who have the pleasure of working here. I’m not sure where to start as the whole experience has been wonderful. When I first went to the shop I was blown away by all of the beautiful dresses they have in the store. When trying the dresses on there was a young lady with brown hair who was the most attentive loveliest woman who put me at ease. She instantly made me trust her with picking my wedding dress, she is honest about what looks nice and what doesn’t which I needed as I can be very indecisive. I finally chose my wedding dress and was given all the dates for my wedding dress fittings. Then I met the seamstress Donna who provided the best service and did above and beyond everything I needed for the dress to fit me perfectly. She is also a lovely woman who does a great job. Overall experience of the bridal shop was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to anyone I know wanting a dress. The two lovely ladys who own the shop put me at ease and we’re very patient with me throughout. No wonder the shop has won awards!!!!!! I look forward now to showing off my dress on my special day. Thank you so much, for everything!!!
Warm, welcoming and wonderful don't begin to describe the truly high quality of service a bride-to-be receives at Lori G Bridal studio. After locating an 'outlet' which stocked a selection of wedding dresses by a particular designer I had found online, I was fairly anxious to begin my journey to find 'the one (dress)' after a year away from the shops due to covid. The ladies here stayed open late on a Wednesday just so I could visit and relieve my nerves! They provided gloves so I could browse and pick out 4 dresses I liked without any overbearing at all. They even suggested an extra 2 dresses based on my choices which I hadn't felt brave enough to choose earlier. By the time my maid of honour and I arrived for the Saturday appointment any tension was completely relieved, and I felt like royalty trying on each dress the Lori G team and I had picked out together. I found my dress that day and again there was no pressure at all to commit to a purchase - which made the decision even easier! I'm so pleased I went to this amazing place and can't endorse it enough - thank you ladies! Xx
I was a bit nervous about shopping for my wedding dress, however my experience at Lori G Bridal couldn't have made me more relaxed. The store has a wide range of different dresses and styles which allowed me to try on a variety of dresses and work out the style of dress that suited me. All the staff are really helpful and friendly, with the dress I chose as 'the one' being a dress Sandra suggested I try which was a dress I would not have previously considered. Would 100% recommend shopping here for your wedding dress.
I am really pleased with my experience at Lori G so far. All of the Lori G team have been so kind and helpful and have helped me to find the perfect dress! Lorraine is very knowledgeable with a background in design so is able to best advise on size, fit and adjustments. They also have the best selection of designers around and the studio itself is lovely (good size, nice lighting etc). I would highly recommend Lori G to any other brides. Lori G were absolutely wonderful and I truly loved my experience here. I finally have my wedding dress and i couldn't be happier. I'd tried on quite a few dresses and been to a few shops, but hadn't yet had that 'wow' moment - until I came here! Such a fabulous selection of dresses, so many different styles to try - i don't know how any bride to be couldn't find something they loved here! All the staff were brilliant and so welcoming - and patient too. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Your wedding dress is such a huge decision, and not only do you have to feel happy with your dress choice, the shop you buy from is also such an important factor. There was no doubt in my mind this was the right dress and the right shop - you can tell that they really do know their stuff and i just felt completely at ease. I know my dress and fittings will be in safe hands and i cannot wait to go back!! Thank you so much to all of you :) What a fabulous dress-shopping experience at Lori G. I cannot recommend enough. Going to Lori g has been the best bridal experience I've had! Sandra, Lorraine and Kayleigh are all just so lovely, professional, interested and helpful! They help you sift out what you don't want whilst not pressuring you in anyway to choose a dress on the day, there and then! They have such a unique mix of dresses for ladies with varying styles! And they are so supportive and amazing in helping you find your dress! I recommend Lori G if you want the boutique bridal experience every girls after! Thanks Ladies x
Buying my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from Lori g was an amazing experience. It was relaxed , fun and we were all made to feel very special. They gave me a lot of confidence to wear a most beautiful dress. Myself and my daughters looked fantastic on the day . The seamstress that altered the dresses was very professional and gave us a lot of time to make sure all the dresses were perfect . I am mature bride and was apprehensive of purchasing a bridal gown but this all disappeared from the moment I walked into Lori g . The whole experience was a joy . I would recommend them to anyone . I have absolutely loved visiting Lori G for my wedding dress. They made it all so enjoyable and relaxed. The selection of dresses is fantastic. All the staff are lovely and not once did it feel like I was being sold a dress. They gave me plenty of time and several visits to deliberate on a dress. The seamstress has also done an amazing job. I will miss visiting them and would recommend to all my friends and family.
