   I visited the YOURS clothing store in Derby for the first time this week, I have used YOURS online previously so I was aware of the quality of the items but I was blown away with the amazing staff at the Derby store. Being a 'plus-sized' person can make clothes shopping trips very traumatic but the care we received in the store turned the day into a very positive experience. All the staff were very helpful, putting me at ease from the start, enquiring how they could assist me and what I was looking for. They have the balance right of knowing how much help their customers need, I was offered the support and guidance I needed but was not 'over crowded'. After finding out what I was looking for items were offered for me to try, some of which were outside of my comfort zone, but the staff's knowledge of their companies products and the fit of different items resulted in me purchasing items, one of which I would never have considered without their guidance! I returned home after a successful trip feeling tired but more importantly, happy & not traumatised as is usual when I go clothes shopping. Not everything that I tried on fitted or suited me but that was not an issue and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Many thanks to all the YOURS Clothing team at the Derby store, I need to congratulate them all for their excellent knowledge and customer service skills. Special thanks to Debbie who went out of her way to help me have a pleasant and successful experience. I will definitely be returning to the Derby YOURS store.

   Great place to go for plus sized clothes! Always have a great range and the staff are so friendly. My only issue is that for a shop that caters to the larger ladies, it's a bit of a tight squeeze to get through the shop without snagging your clothes on a hanger or rail. But other than that it's great.

   I popped into the store this morning (10th Feb) and was greeted by one of the most friendliest store workers I've had the pleasure to meet, I don't recall seeing a name tag but a name would slipped my mind as I went to work shortly after but I hope the Yours head office acknowledge that they have some great staff in the derby branch. I'd popped in to look at the shoes available as is been looking online for a few days at the boots yours sell, to my delight they had a 10eee in one of the styles I liked online, it goes with out saying I left with a pair. Larger sizes shoes like a 10eee seems almost hard to find any where, unless your looking for men's shoes. The stores lay out is great and they make good use of the room they have in the store, they've plenty to look at and it's so much better than trying to make your mind up looking online. It's a well presented, well stocked store and the staff where fantastic and friendly, the over all experience was amazing. I've been eyeing up a jacket online too so needless to say I'll be returning at some point to see if the store has it in stock rather than ordering online. You just can't beat the human touch from shopping in-store. To the assistants who helped me out today. Thank you!

   Always like Sainburys it sits in the right place.There always filling selfs up you don,t have to go anywhere esle afterwards you can sit outside the doors and have a coffee.And theres not much you can,t get there incudeing for the home.

   Went there a few times and every time I had to deal with the blonde lady at the till it was a real hassle! Either she hates her job or she hates her customers; whether it was for an exchange or a normal sale, I had to drag the information out of her and it seemed that I was bothering her; she lacks the basic customer service skills; it will be easier ordering online where the are more designs and sizes available
