No central call system, no chat bots, no ‘your call is important to us’ nonsense.The lady answered every question and was really helpful….. I wish I had asked her name because she deserves recognition.I thought this kind of customer service had disappeared for good but you can still find it at Peacocks…. How refreshing! I’m going in there right now to buy the product and support this store because service like that is rare indeed these days.”
