   Confusing price signs i.e. all gents clothing donations £2. Yes prices on labels beg to differ , are they trying to dupe us like the big shops do? Cheap signs get to till and feel embarrassed to put it back , poor tactics for a charity shop ,plus why do they need to charge so much for secondhand items, are they relying on the wealthy customers to keep them going?

   The shop had a fire in July 2024 and is closed until at least October 2024- but you actually have to travel there to read the notice in the window.

   Good job this one is open, as the smaller one a few doors down is always shut when we visit due to the lady who normally works on the till there being at this one out back, chatting and gassing when she should be down in the other one!! Having personal conversations about other staff and customers also for everyone to over hear is quite weird. Just get on with your job a few doors down and open it up, not put a sign on the door saying back at whatever time which is clearly a lie.

   Been going to the shop for many years but lately have been treated disgusting and rude by staff... I brought over £75 worth of Christmas baskets to give to family and friends only to find mould growing on the baskets,new ted baker gift set opened and used (unhygienic)makeup brushes with broken heads,2 candle holders that had disgusting brown stains and hair, the list is endless (you know i took pictures of everything)..when I went to take them back and tell them I was treated in a rude and disgusting manner for bringing them back like it was my fault? Then a few weeks back I was in the shop minding my own buissness were this staff memeber who i took the baskets back but wasnt even serving me this time stated to her manager" bet she makes another complaint" were this said manager laughed and said "ain't it" The Christmas before that i had another staff memeber who had the same attitude because i was taking my time looking at your Christmas bits then i wanted to put something back.i suggest you sort your own house out before coming for me! This shop is terrible at talking about people who come in and terrible at talking behind your back once you leave the shop! I have NEVER!! spoken or acted anything but polit to your staff so to be treated like this then yes I will make a complaint!

   This place always has a good selection of books. And it’s never too busy, even on weekends when the nearby Buffet is stuffed! Always good knickknacks, including electronics and housewares.

   The attitude of the staff in particular the lad that works the till is rude. Avoid! Without the public going in and buying things you'd have no charity shops.

   Great little shop, for out of the ordinary finds for home and all at ridiculously low prices. Very friendly staff. Often drop off donations there. All for a good cause.

   Dropped off a significant amount of good quality bits and pieces, staff just pointed at the ground where i should put it. Didn't seem bothered or happy i dropped it off. Didn't say thanks. Costs nothing to be polite!

   Fanastic layout of colours clothing clearly set out both mens, womens and children. The layout of easy finds and brilliant store design and variety of choice makes this store a favourite for me. Take a trip.
