   The staff here as so friendly and helpful, ended having a chat during checkout about cats... Just so personable. Bit of a shame about the leaks and bits of the roof missing meaning parts of the store were condoned off with stock and tape but asides that. Deserving of the rating

   Manager needs to go on people skills training. Been in twice in the last month and served both times by him.....not once greeted with a smile/good morning, made a point of saying it twice to him before he looked up at me. Made to feel like an inconvenience, no conversation and no thankyou. Manners cost nothing and with the death of the high street you would think every customer would matter and be treated accordingly. My one star is for the welcome from assistant at front of store.....what a difference from her manager. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
