   Few staff, every time I plan to buy a beauty product I ask to test it however if i find a staff member to help me, they will say sorry tester is not available. I need to ask the manager of next beauty are you aware of that issue ? ....next beauty profits might drop because of this issue, I feel sorry cause you have a big brands but your number of staff is low, you don't advertise enough for beauty offers, most of time low stock on testers and beauty products. Always you staff advise customers to order the beauty products online cause certian products are not available at the shop.. better to shut your beauty shop if there is low stock in cosmetics.

   Another place with more staff than customers. You do know that only 5% of the cost of perfumes and aftershaves are the actual chemicals. Everything else is marketing bs and the design and cost of the bottle.

   When it's cold outside CMK is the place to go shopping. Although two weeks before Christmas was a bit of a mistake, very busy by lunch time. However, we got what we wanted and escaped the madness.

   If I were managing such a vast area with very few customers I would be concerned. The staff appeared to be ill informed about the products and probably this is the reason. My wife enquired about a particular high end product that she has used previously and the information she was given was worryingly wrong. Also a bit concerned that the staff members were looking in shop floor storage cupboards that were seen to be untidy, dirty and unorganised. Not a good impression for high end products. Also, I was concerned about the amount of times the door security alarms were sounding. This didn't seem to worry the security officer and yet staff were running to the doors as if a thief had escaped. This was on a day when very customers were in store so I wonder what would happen if they were busy.

   Recently renovated and change of ownership from Debenhams to Next. Huge floor area with home and beauty products spread on multiple floors. Great for buying gifts too. Staff is friendly and gives you chance to explore rather than sell sell sell!

   Very posh shop i came in here the 1st day it opened and 2nd time i visited today and i looked all around and tested their lifts and escalators it looks clean and tidy great home selection and beauty supplies still the same escalators and lifts when debenhams was there but only 2 floors atm the colleagues are friendly
