Store closes at 8pm. I was outside at 7.54pm to collect my parcel from the locker and the store was already locked. I understand everyone wants to go home but if you survived till 7.54pm you can wait additional 6 minutes. I am pissed off becouse I just finished my training nearby and I was rushing like crazy. Disappointed.
On Saturday I bought my 3 girls shopping. We were served by Larissa who was the most helpful cashier I've ever experienced when out clothes shopping. Larisa checked the stock room for a few things we loved but were not in our sizes on the rack. Larissa went above and beyond. Fantastic service
Shopping for new jeans. Had to ask first if H&M was for men too... Asked Chloe to advise and she was incredibly helpful in suggesting what to match the jeans with and what may look best. A massive thank you - a credit to H&M
We grabbed two sets of kids' socks on a counter with a big red 3£ sign. During the checkout, we found out that it costs 16+ pounds. When we asked what about the discount sign, Lady at checkout said she knew nothing about it and why this sign was there. How is that even possible? Ok, now we see it says "from". Very misleading.
I usually buy from H&M, reasonable price with quality.
I've been here a couple of times now and then - the clothing range here is good, but then again, it's not the only H&M. Would be better if there were more tills
Find this shop just so rammed on the shelves and rails it's hard to see anything. Good prices on most items and the sale is usually really good, but even more rammed on the rails! Good shop if you have plenty of time.
Friendly staff, great quality with affordable prices!!
Nice store to visit, big range of clothes. Not very busy for it's size, but that makes it even better as you don't need to go true someone to take a look of something you like.
