   In September I rang Bumpngo to check they'd be open one particular Tuesday.......I was told yes ... I was looking for a lot of baby equipment for my first granddaughter...... Parents to be needed ....3 n 1 pram ....bath ....changing unit ....beside bed crib ....mattress for inherited crib......sheets ....blankets & of course clothing ........ So a considerable amount of items ...... obviously costing new nana a lot of money ....... We went ..... CLOSED....... I was so disappointed..... near angry .... I tried phoning several times after ....only to be answered by a BT answering service...... We have also driven there.....always CLOSED ..... We talked to the business next door ...we were told they close when they feel like it ....... I purchased the equipment I wanted to buy elsewhere...... So Bumpngo lost out on over £2700/£3000...... Nice to know they can afford to lose business like that ........ To wrap things up ...... If you're not longer running a business from Manton Lane Bedford ......change your website ...leave a note on window inside ........ WHY IS THIS NOW. ' PENDING '......????? IT WASNT YESTERDAY.......

   Jinesh and the team at Bump n Go provided excellent service going above and beyond with a deal of patience to help us to decide on various products for our baby. The products are all high quality and value for money. Overall a superb independent business in Bedford. Would definitely recommend for anyone preparing for a new arrival or wanting to buy items for their little one.

   Bumpngo has an excellent range of baby products to choose from. Penny went above and beyond from my initial product enquires and follow up questions, all the way through to ensuring my items were perfectly prepared for dispatch. Nothing was too much trouble. This company is a perfect example of why we should support local and independent businesses. I can't recommend Bumpngo highly enough!

   Ordered a baby bath for my newborn grandson through amazon. Was delivered to our safe place in our absence but was missing when we arrived home as the delivery driver didnt lock the safe place behind them despite being left a note to do so (DPD). Lady at Bumpngo not interested whatsoever saying it was our responsibility and was delivered according to photo provided. Completely unwilling to try and resolve issue, just dug her heels in refusing to help, very narcissistic. Seems like as they have their money, its not their problem. Absolutely shameful that you pay for something you do not get for whatever reason and do not even try to help- AVOID

   one of the posts came up as a sponsored post, and of course it was a car seat Posted a comment about safer car seats brands because the one promoted wasn’t one (cosatto) Got a reply saying they’ve “a wide variety” blah blah When I replied asking about specific brands (Axkid, Britax, Avionaut and BeSafe) I got blocked. Pathetic behaviour

   Customer service was great when we bought the "Out n About" single nipper pram. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable and made the buying experience as easy as possible!! Thank you for showing us everything we needed to make a well informed decision! Please take a trip into the shop and have a look for yourself!

   Came in 2 weeks ago to buy a specific pram and received excellent service. The owner was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. There was also a great range of other baby items to choose from. Very happy and will be back to shop here again!
