Really nice atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. However, the staff was not present when wanting to buy the items, when one member of staff did arrive, the were speaking to a customer for some time. When finished, they left and said they'll be back in a few minutes. Really nice store just a staff shortage that ruined it.
Nice shop, went in for shoes and they had a very good selection. However, noone was at the pay desk, waited 5 mins before having to go and find someone. I could only see 1 employee in the whole shop. The lady in front was having a refund and it was taking so long. I asked the lady serving if there was anyone who could help as by now I'd been waiting almost 15mins and there was a big queue behind me. The reply I got was it's just me and we are short staffed. It made me want to just leave the shop and not bother but I needed the shoes. Service is incredibly slow and if there was only 1 member of staff, that's terrible. Next time, I shall order online
It's a long overdue review, but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to New Look staff for being so friendly and helpful despite almost closing time! I cant remember the name of a lovely lady who helped me (she had dark hair and I think her name was indian!). Everyone in the store was super nice and I felt very welcomed although it was quite late.

Customer service is rubbish The girls behind the till are so but so slow that you want to leave all your shopping there and get out of the shop . I've been in there Saturday (21.01.23) morning and I couldn't believe the slow motion they are moving with ...and also the way they are speaking with is just shows that they don't feel to work or just they are so lazy and makes you feel like u disturbing them and isn't the right moment to do your shopping...
The shop floor needs a good mop down, looks like it's never been wiped for years, the fitting rooms smell, again floors are dirty in there too and the mirrors are dirty, the shoe pair sizes is mixed and missing, also one of the staff, the short fat girl appeared abit rude.
