“I was served yesterday by a young black lad maybe still in his teens . I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . But Thank you young man for loving your job and giving an older gentleman the service we only hope we can get nowadays. Well done .5 star service.”

“Beautifully laid out and labelled clearly so finding what you’re looking for is very easy. You can pretty much buy some quality items from Matalan. There is a wide selection of clothing and household goods to choose from. The discount range is worth looking through and you can grab yourself a nice bargain. We managed to bag some very nice knitwear. Kerry’s customer service was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us. Kerry was very helpful and is a great asset to Matalan. Well worth a visit. Plenty of free parking is available.”
