I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . There is a wide selection of clothing and household goods to choose from. The discount range is worth looking through and you can grab yourself a nice bargain. We managed to bag some very nice knitwear. Kerry’s customer service was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us. Kerry was very helpful and is a great asset to Matalan. Well worth a visit. Everyone in the store was super nice and I felt very welcomed although it was quite late.”
