   Security staring at you all the time when you enter, taking pictures of your car is a good way to deter customers coming to the store, who don't want to be harassed by random people who think they can. Matalan should be ashamed of such practices

   Beautifully laid out and labelled clearly so finding what you’re looking for is very easy. You can pretty much buy some quality items from Matalan. There is a wide selection of clothing and household goods to choose from. The discount range is worth looking through and you can grab yourself a nice bargain. We managed to bag some very nice knitwear. Kerry’s customer service was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us. Kerry was very helpful and is a great asset to Matalan. Well worth a visit. Plenty of free parking is available.

   Huge store with plenty of parking lots, helpful and friendly staff. They have a great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and home wares. I feel some of the items were over priced otherwise it’s a good deal to shop here.

   Decent enough store particularly for home ware, and the new self check out tills have reduced the time to pay, just hope you're never caught in a fire here as the signed emergency exit is blocked by clothes rails and trolleys. And it's locked.

   This Matalan store is excellent. Plenty of available parking spaces with disabled parking too. Going in through two large glass frame sliding doors, you enter a large store with a wide range of clothes to suit all ages., and much more to capture your attention. Give it a look you might be pleasantly surprised, price's are good too.

   This is the second time in 6 weeks I have had to come back with items paid for, with Buzzers left on. Make sure you keep your receipts as they will let you walk right back out with the buzzer on. The manger was far from happy when I told her that some customers was discussing her standing around just talking. One of the customers went up to them and said they had been waiting over 10 minutes to be served. The managers are a joke.. coming to work in a pink belly top. If you want free items go to luton Matalan . I only go a refund on 2 items

   Could have given 0Stars if option given. A rediculous store with very poor management and infrastructure. This store do not have enough baskets. No back up plans for Technical issues. Yeaterday, it was a boxing day and all their Tills were not functioning and these Matalan workers were using paper receipts. The store manager acting like a fool. No plans, no management. Store Manager full of attitude but no management skills. According to her being the store manager she runs the store as per her rules and not the Matalan policy. Very rude Manager. No sense of talking.

   Both quality and variety are so and so. I visited there in the afternoon and most of the popular sizes (M and L) were gone. But the prices are very economic. So, if you find something you like and you are lucky enough to find your size, then you'd definitely enjoy the price range. The shop was not very crowded and the self-checkout made the paying process very easy and fast.
