   Yesterday I went into town to take my mind of a really bad day I was having. I thought, as everyone should after day like mine, some new converse would be good and I came in to the store and had done the standard shoe shop and the lady who helped me (I don’t know her name unfortunately but she had two braids and and fit game one point) pick out the right ones for work and offer a really lovely advice/service. I needed it and just wanted to say thank you. That little act of kindness really made my day.

   The products of their brand are truly excellent, the communication regarding the collect point is a bit poor. They couldn't find my package, even though I had the email to collect my order. Overall positive experience!

   I don’t write reviews unless it’s super bad or super good. I attended the shop with my son yesterday with the hope of finding shoes. It was relatively quiet in my opinion, we were ignored by the staff members who were standing around chatting. Non of them approached us asking whether we needed any help or even said a simple hi when walking in. We took ourselves a few shops down and got some shoes there instead!

   I was served yesterday by a young black lad maybe still in his teens . I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . But Thank you young man for loving your job and giving an older gentleman the service we only hope we can get nowadays. Well done .5 star service.

   Customer service absolutely disgusting I went in the assistant was arguing with a Customer ahead of me then she turned and served me then didn't accepted my voucher as the value was higher than what I was wanting to purchased she said I wouldn't get any change so I paid on my debit card what point she was trying to make I don't know. I will take my custom else where in the future.
