   Cashiers try to sell extras causing excessive queuing, don’t accept no for an answer then accuse of stealing when the alarm went off. I said they could look in the bag, European lady rude by implying we were thief’s. The cashier put her middle finger up as I walked past the store so returned the shoes. Extremely rude racial profiling staff. Won’t be going back

   Worst customer service in the town. Went to buy shoes for my daughter at 5.30pm on 08.12.2023. No one there to help me to find the right size after looking half an hour finally found the right size but they had only have one pair and the pair is lost in the store, when asked to find they don't even bother to look for it. I have the option to resver it only, the price of the shoe is £29.99 when I going to collect it the store manager came to me ohh the price is £32.99 instead of £29.99. The price changes over night on the box the price tag is £29.99 on the back of the show price is written £29.99 but I have to pay £32.99 if I need to o buy it. This is absolutely ridiculously ripp off service from them, cost of living tge prices are sky rocket but these companies are over charging for no reason. The store manager says if you don't want to pay this price we will not put this on display absolutely nonsense. I have to pay for it because I have promise my daughter to buy this shoe because she was not leaving the store without shoe on that evening. Always check the price tag before you buy there is always another tag behind the original price which they have changed it. Will never ever visit them and will not recommended anyone to buy from them.

   I bought shoes from them and the sole tore apart from the toes part. I got told I can come and get a refund if this happens as it isn’t the first time this has happened in this store. I recently went back with the shoes and receipt and the manager there was very arrogant and rude and had no manners. She demanded for the receipt and when I gave it to her, she looked and smacked it down on the counter and said the warrant is over and walked off. She has no customer service skills and was very rude and had no manners in the way she spoke. We then went for a second time as we bought shoes and it said on the box that it was for £29.99 but we were charged £35. We went the next morning and asked why we were charged £5 extra and they said that £35 is the original price and that they didn’t get time to update the price on the shoe box. They aren’t organised and neither do they have respect or how to speak to customers especially the manager, leaving aside the workers. Worst experience ever, worst customer service and I have never been spoken to this rudely with customer services and that as well from the manager.

   Staff can be a bit unhelpful even though they try. Not really answering questions I ask more avoiding them and not really helping. But a good range of kids shoes. Not much on the women's tho all the same style and same group no variety

   As with all their stores, the shelving is an utter shambles, with sizes in no coherent order and designs also mixed up. Surely by now, management would have done something about this? However, if you can put up with this chaos, you can generally find reasonable designs for acceptable prices but do check the shoes carefully because quite a few have been slightly scraped or damaged and I don't get the impression that they review the stock on shelves often enough to eliminate this problem.
