   I had a very disappointing experience at JD Sports in Luton Mall regarding their unclear and rigid return policy. I purchased Nike shoes for my son and Adidas shoes for myself. When I returned to exchange my son's shoes for a smaller size, I accidentally brought the wrong box (Adidas instead of Nike). Despite having the receipt and brand-new, unworn shoes, I was refused a return or exchange simply because the original box was missing. I spoke directly with the store manager (Steward Manager), who also refused to help. The receipt clearly states that a receipt is required for a refund — it says nothing about needing the original box. I even offered to return with the correct box after buying the right size, but they still declined. Now I’m stuck with shoes my child won’t be able to wear for two years. This kind of inflexible customer service and lack of clear policy communication is unacceptable. This was my second time shopping at JD Sports, and I had intended to stay loyal — but after this, I will never purchase from JD Sports again. I strongly recommend shopping at Sports Direct or other stores that sell the same brands, as they have much more reasonable and customer-friendly return policies.

   THE WORST EVER! I paid £115 for a pair of Nikes at JD Sports in London Luton Airport, the money was taken from my account, the card machine even showed 'approved,' but they have the nerve to claim they haven’t received anything. Thieves, plain and simple!
